Everyone who showed up, counted.

Turnout tracks volunteer hours for non-profits. Volunteers check in with one QR scan, in under 30 seconds, with no app and no password. You get a record you can defend and a report you can hand to a funder.

Free for events. $49.99 a month for the whole program. Unlimited volunteers on both.

Checking in takes less time than finding a pen.

Print the event’s QR code or put it on a screen by the door. Volunteers point a phone camera at it, confirm the hours we prefilled from the event, and they’re on the record. No app to install, no password to forget.

Someone new? They add a name and email and check in as a guest, then claim those hours once they sign in. Nobody does arithmetic at the end of the day.

Example
  1. 0 sPhone camera on the code. The check-in page opens.
  2. about 10 sHours are already filled in from the event. A first-timer adds a name and email.
  3. under 30 sChecked in. The hours are on your record and theirs.

Every hour says how it got there.

Hours from a check-in arrive with their event attached. Hours a volunteer logs from home wait in your review queue. Verify them or decline them; a declined hour stays on the record, marked declined.

Totals always show verified and self-reported hours apart, so the number you send a funder carries its own trust level.

The review queue comes with the Paid plan.

What Turnout won’t do.

  • Charge volunteers.

Volunteers never pay, and nothing they log sits behind a paywall or an app download.

  • Throw away a declined hour.

Declining keeps the hour on the record, marked declined, so the history stays honest.

  • Blend the numbers.

Verified and self-reported hours are shown apart in the app, in exports, and in every report.

  • Hold your data.

Export everything yourself, any time, on any plan, Free included.

  • Make you call sales.

Two flat prices, posted on this page, billed monthly. No contract and no demo call.

Start with your next event.

Create the event, print its QR code, and let people check in. It costs nothing, and everything you record can leave with you.
